Professional lead flashing installation and replacement. Watertight solutions to prevent damp and water ingress around chimney junctions.

Failed or poorly installed chimney flashings are one of the most common causes of water coming through a chimney into the loft or living space. The junction between your chimney stack and the roof covering is a critical waterproofing detail — and it's where most leaks originate. We specialise in traditional lead flashing installation, using code 4 and code 5 lead sheet properly dressed, stepped, and chased into the brickwork. Unlike cheaper alternatives such as lead-effect tape or flashing bands, properly installed lead flashings will last 50+ years and provide a permanently watertight seal. If your chimney is leaking, damp is appearing on internal walls near the chimney breast, or you can see damaged or lifted flashings from ground level, get in touch for a free assessment.
